Will you be the photographer at our wedding?
Yes, I photograph every wedding with my assistant, Steve, who helps organise people, makes them laugh and also takes extra guest shots on request.

Are the package prices all inclusive?
Yes, there are no hidden extras, all wedding packages cover everything unless the wedding is faraway when a mileage fee may be added.

How do we book you?
I will give you a booking form with your information pack when we meet up. Once availability is confirmed a deposit of £150 will secure your booking.

Are those the only packages you offer?
We offer a wide range of packages and can design an individual package to suit your exact needs and budget if required.

How many photos do you take?
After editing, we aim to give you 300-400 images to make your selection from.

How long will the group photos take?
This very much depends on the size of your wedding party and how many group shots you require. We recommend that you keep group shots to a minimum. We usually take group photos immediately after the ceremony and suggest you set aside a minimum of 30 minutes for this. When compiling your list please note that each group shot will take about 5 minutes but it can take up to 15 minutes depending on the size of group and the willingness of subjects. It is highly recommended that you appoint someone to be in charge of gathering people for group shots as we obviously don't know any of your guests. We will give them a copy of your group list so make it clear to them that they are responsible for getting the groups you want!

What about Bride and Groom shots?
The longer we can spend together the better! We recommend at least an hour. These are the shots that you are going to want for your wall and your album so we need to invest  time to get you your perfect images.

Can we go somewhere else for photos?
Yes, in fact we encourage it! It's lovely for you to be able to go somewhere quiet for a short while to spend time with your new partner whist getting some beautiful images. Remember, though, to add extra time for travelling.

Is it OK for other guests to take photos?
We have no objection to guests taking photos except for the Bride and Groom shots when we need to be alone with the couple. However we do appreciate guests not getting in our way or distracting guests while we are taking our photos.

Do we have to provide you with a meal?
We're only human and we need to eat! We never take photographs whilst people are eating and usually use this time to take the weight off our feet, recharge our batteries and back up your images. If you could arrange for some refreshment at this point it would be most appreciated and avoid the necessity for us to have to leave the venue in order to find food!

How long do you stay at the wedding?
We won't leave until we're sure that we have everything you want. This is usually at about 9 or 10 o'clock once you've had the first dance.

We have special surprise planned, will you stay to photograph it?
Yes, of course! If you have anything special happening (confetti canons during the first dance, Chinese Lanterns, Fireworks etc) we’d love to capture it. Do please let us know in advance though and please ask someone to keep us informed on the day – we can’t photograph something unless we know about it!

Will there be an online gallery?
Yes, a password-protected gallery is created but not until after you have seen your photographs. The last thing you want is to return from honeymoon to discover that all your guests have seen your photos before you!

When can we see our photos?
I will display a small selection on my blog and on Facebook within two days of your wedding. The rest of your images will be available when you return from honeymoon; while you are away I will have your proof book printed and create a cd of proof images.

Who designs the album?
Once you have chosen your favourite photos and told me which ones you'd like to be in prominent positions, I design the albums personally. Once designed you are encouraged to come and see your book design; to comment on it and to make any changes before it goes off to be printed.

How long does the album take to arrive?
Once you have approved your album design it takes about 5-6 weeks to arrive.

Can we have our photos on cd?
Yes, a disc of high-resolution images is included in each package. The copyright remains the property of Linsey O'Neill Design at all times.

Can guests order photos from the website?
Yes, they can view the gallery and purchase prints at great prices meaning that you won't need to be involved with the process.

Do you do parents albums?
Yes, once the main album is ordered, identical parents albums are available at a large discount. Graphistudio also do beautiful mini books to present to your guests.

Can we buy wall art from you?
Yes, we offer a great range of Canvases, Acrylics, Aluminium prints and framed images at great prices.

How much does it cost?
What are your wedding photos worth to you? Our packages, including an album, start at £1995 but remember, price shouldn't be your only consideration when choosing your photographer. It's impossible to recapture those precious moments so it's vital to get the right person to photograph your day; too often we hear of people who have seen our clients albums and have seen us at work say, "if only we'd heard of Linsey before, we'd have used her for our wedding", it's really sad.
We believe our packages offer excellent value for money and will give you images you will cherish.

How can we pay?
A deposit of £150 is payable on booking, the balance is due 28 days before the wedding date. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card or bank transfer. If you would like to split the payments into instalments, this can be arranged.

Do you offer discounts for off-season weddings?
Yes, we have special offers for off-peak ceremonies.
